DMCA & COPYRIGHT POLICY
How to report a copyright concern relating to ZORYFLIX.
RESPECT FOR COPYRIGHT
ZORYFLIX respects intellectual property rights. If you own a copyrighted work, or are authorised to act for its owner, and believe material on our website or service infringes those rights, please send a written notice with enough information for us to identify the issue.
SUBMIT A COPYRIGHT NOTICE
Email support@zoryflix.com with the subject Copyright notice — ZORYFLIX. Include:
- Your physical or electronic signature, as the owner or authorised representative.
- Identification of the protected work; a representative list if reporting multiple works.
- The specific material or link reported, its URL and any details needed to locate it.
- Your name and contact details, including address, telephone number and email.
- A statement of your good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the owner, their agent or the law.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the rights owner.
For a concern about a channel, film or programme, include its exact name and the date and time you encountered it, alongside any available URL or reference.
HOW WE HANDLE REPORTS
We review sufficiently detailed reports promptly and may request clarification. Where a valid notice identifies infringing material within our control, we will act expeditiously to remove it or disable access, as applicable.
If a report concerns material controlled by a separate provider, we may forward the report or direct you to that provider. This does not prevent you from reporting material to us that appears through ZORYFLIX.
MISTAKES AND COUNTER-NOTICES
If you believe material you supplied was removed by mistake or misidentification, contact us at the same email address and identify the removed material. Where the DMCA counter-notice procedure applies, we will explain the required information and applicable process.
REPEAT INFRINGEMENT & ACCURATE REPORTING
We may restrict or terminate accounts responsible for repeated copyright infringement, where appropriate. Submit reports honestly and only when you are entitled to do so. Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a copyright notice may result in liability under applicable law.
